ISAIAH 61:1-3

Why Olive + Oak?

The Oak with strong roots, grounded in what is true and important.  The Olive and the anointing, working to serve you with the gifts the LORD has given us. Olive + Oak derived its name from Him and the scripture He gave us as our solid foundation. (Isaiah 61:1-3)

“They will be called Oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor.”

Founder + Team Lead

Welcome to the family

As a seasoned real estate agent, I’ve been connecting with the Elizabethtown community for over fifteen years. Our community is a very special place that has invested in my growth both personally and professionally.

We want to get to know you too!

Are you a first-time home buyer? A Ford executive moving to the area? Developer looking to purchase land? Military family PCSing to Ft. Knox? A builder looking for agent help? Longtime Hardin County resident just looking for a change? Just want to say hi?

We’d love to get to know you.

Tara Still

Tara is a wife, momma, and perfectly imperfect daughter of the one, true King. She believes the path to success is developing and nurturing relationships rather than the constant {and often public} industry temptation of competition and comparisons. She loves working with professionals who are new to the Elizabethtown area and sellers who are looking to get the best price for their home.

Kristi Hardin

Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Kristi moved to Hardin County 18 years ago when she married her husband and became a mom to 3 boys.

Kristi developed a passion for real estate while working alongside her husband with investment properties, as well as new construction homes. She has years of experience developing aged properties and making them into new, amazing homes! With a knack for interior design, Kristi is passionate about helping her clients see the full potential of any property and helping to make it their dream home!

taryn root

Taryn has lived in the area on and off for 25+ years, finally settling down in Hardin County in 2007. She’s the wife of a retired US Army 1SG, mom of two of the two best kids, and a certified Military Relocation Professional. Taryn is committed to Jesus, her family, and her church. She’s driven to help people navigate the housing market and find the fit that’s right for them.

With 5 years of experience as a real estate assistant, she decided to take the plunge on getting her real estate license in 2021. To Taryn, being a part of Olive + Oak The Still Group means being part of a community of agents dedicated to the bigger picture. “We are in the people business: it’s about the clients and their families. We are here for them.”

Megan McDougal

Megan grew up here in Hardin County and graduated from Central Hardin High School. She went on to get her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at Western Kentucky University where she met her best friend, now husband, Matt. She has 2 amazing kids; one a student at Central and the other at East Hardin Middle School.

Now she is pouring herself into this town that she loves through her local church and her work in real estate. She cannot wait to continue to grow her real estate business with her team at Olive + Oak The Still Group, and see what The Lord does as she gets to help people find homes they love and plant roots here in E’town, just like she did.

yolanda Clark

Yolanda has lived in the area since June 2012 while stationed at the Army Human Resources Command, Fort Knox, KY. At the time of her husband’s retirement in 2017, they chose to make his native state of Kentucky home and settled in Brandenburg, Meade County, Kentucky. She is excited about her upcoming retirement, culminating with 22 years of service as a Master Sergeant.  After serving on Active Duty for more than two decades, she brings a unique experience of moving across the country to cities far from military installations that required embracing the communities where she has served. She is a dual military wife to her husband SFC (Retired) Kelley Clark, stepmom to Kowhyn and Jaxson, and dog mom to a Weimaraner, Duke. She enjoys SEC Football, several intramural sports,  gardening, and reading. Upon retirement in the fall, she looks forward to much-needed family time, continuing her education to obtain her master’s degree, and serving the Brandenburg community, as well as their church family and local military community.

“I’m excited to work with our clients, helping them find the sense of community I felt when I arrived in Kentucky.  I come from a family of entrepreneurs with a farming background from the Little Rock, Arkansas area.  I love the traditions of small towns and neighbors who look out for one another.”

Yolanda met Tara through a friend who referred her to be her realtor in the home-buying process.  “From the moment I met Tara, I knew she would look out for my best interest like a sister would. Her personality and dedication to me as a client are some of the main reasons I wanted to pursue obtaining my license. My goal in this career is to help others find homes in communities that support and encourage people to pursue their purpose. Joining the Olive and Oak team allows me to be a branch; connecting people to one another and everything the community has to offer.”

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit. Apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5

Erika Wiedeman

As a born and raised Hardin County native, she knows the ins and outs of Hardin County and its surrounding communities. When we asked her to share a little bit about herself she said,

“I love helping my clients navigate the often challenging waters of the home buying and selling process, with the end result only being a wonderful experience. When I’m not busy helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband and stepsons on the golf course”.

elisa Reed

I’m Elisa Reed, a proud native of Hardin County, Kentucky, where I’ve not only built my career but also my life. As an enthusiastic real estate agent, I find immense joy in helping individuals discover their dream homes in the heart of my hometown.
Beyond the world of real estate, my personal life is a mosaic of love and connections. Recently, engaged to my best friend, I embrace the joys of being a devoted mother to three wonderful children and a delighted grandmother to two adorable grandchildren.
My passions extend beyond the professional and familial spheres. I’m an avid animal lover, finding solace and joy in the company of our furry friends. Additionally, I’m an unapologetic foodie, constantly exploring food in my travels.
Life in Hardin County has shaped my character, and my commitment to both the community and my clients reflects the values instilled in me by this wonderful place I call home. I look forward to continuing this journey, connecting people with homes, and savoring every moment along the way.

She strives to make each client feel comfortable and completely at ease during the process of buying or selling a home. Her goal is to help you integrate and feel like a part of the community she dearly loves.

“Tara and her team are simply amazing! I had no idea what I was getting myself into, nor did I think that I was “in the market” for buying a home. When I first saw the listing for my new home I knew it was MY home. Tara is very knowledgeable and goes above all to insure you are comfortable with the steps you are taking. She was there to answer every question and inform me of what steps I needed to specifically take during this process. She is more than just a realtor, she’s a friend! During life changing moments like this you’ll need a friend! Hands down I will always work with Tara if I should ever need the service.”
