MEET TARA

Tara Still
Tara is a wife, momma, and perfectly imperfect daughter of the one, true King. She believes the path to success is developing and nurturing relationships rather than the constant {and often public} industry temptation of competition and comparisons. She loves working with professionals who are new to the Elizabethtown area and sellers who are looking to get the best price for their home.

MEET JESSICA

Jessica Jenkins
I believe that your home is your sanctuary, and should be treated as such. Whether you’re buying your first home or seeking that dream retirement residence, the experience should be nothing less than seamless. As a mom and homeowner myself, I understand that your home is more than just a place to live — it’s where you make long-lasting memories.
I help my clients navigate the often challenging waters of the home buying and selling process, with the end result only being a wonderful experience. I also have a passion for all things design and truly enjoy helping others find their personal style within their home. When I’m not busy helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my children.

MEET ERIKA

Erika Wiedeman
As a born and raised Hardin County native, she knows the ins and outs of Hardin County and its surrounding communities. When we asked her to share a little bit about herself she said,
“I love helping my clients navigate the often challenging waters of the home buying and selling process, with the end result only being a wonderful experience. When I’m not busy helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband and stepsons on the golf course”.

MEET MEGAN

Megan McDougal
Megan McDougal grew up here in Hardin County and graduated from Central Hardin High School. She went on to get her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at Western Kentucky University where she met her best friend, now husband of 18 years, Matt. She has 2 amazing kids. Simms is a sophomore at Central and Evie is a 5th grader at G.C. Burkhead. Sometimes the best part of her day is eating dinner around their table as a family, and it’s made even better if her son (an aspiring chef) happens to have made it. He makes a mean smash burger on the grill with white cheddar.
She never thought she would see herself back here in Elizabethtown when she graduated from college, but she moved back and is now more in love with this town than she ever thought possible. So much so, that she started her blog and social media page, Living Etown, to showcase that love.
Now she is pouring herself into this town that she loves through her local church, her work at Feeding America, Kentucky’s Heartland by writing grants to help decrease food insecurity, and her work in Public Relations with Hardin County Government. She cannot wait to grow her real estate business with her team at Olive+Oak The Still Group, and see what The Lord does as she helps people to find homes they love and plant roots here in E’town just like she did.

MEET YOLANDA

yolanda Clark
Yolanda has lived in the area since June 2012 while stationed at the Army Human Resources Command, Fort Knox, KY. At the time of her husband’s retirement in 2017, they chose to make his native state of Kentucky home and settled in Brandenburg, Meade County, Kentucky. She is excited about her upcoming retirement, culminating with 22 years of service as a Master Sergeant. After serving on Active Duty for more than two decades, she brings a unique experience of moving across the country to cities far from military installations that required embracing the communities where she has served. She is a dual military wife to her husband SFC (Retired) Kelley Clark, stepmom to Kowhyn and Jaxson, and dog mom to a Weimaraner, Duke. She enjoys SEC Football, several intramural sports, gardening, and reading. Upon retirement in the fall, she looks forward to much-needed family time, continuing her education to obtain her master’s degree, and serving the Brandenburg community, as well as their church family and local military community.
“I’m excited to work with our clients, helping them find the sense of community I felt when I arrived in Kentucky. I come from a family of entrepreneurs with a farming background from the Little Rock, Arkansas area. I love the traditions of small towns and neighbors who look out for one another.”
Yolanda met Tara through a friend who referred her to be her realtor in the home-buying process. “From the moment I met Tara, I knew she would look out for my best interest like a sister would. Her personality and dedication to me as a client are some of the main reasons I wanted to pursue obtaining my license. My goal in this career is to help others find homes in communities that support and encourage people to pursue their purpose. Joining the Olive and Oak team allows me to be a branch; connecting people to one another and everything the community has to offer.”
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit. Apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5
